Down syndrome is a collection of co-occurring conditions and insights into how these conditions develop will improve care for not only individuals with Down syndrome, but also for the general population. The goal of this project is to develop the computational tools to disentangle multi-omic data to reveal the molecular features that drive the spectrum of disease.
