Study intake process:
- Recent INCLUDE grant – we’ll reach out to you; otherwise, email info@includedcc.org
- Schedule intro call and fill out official NIH project intake sheet (Word doc)
- Review the Data Contributor Guide
- At the intro call, we will collect additional Study and Dataset info using a Google Form
- Model for Study/Dataset is here (just for reference, no need to use this as a template)
- Inform us if you have sequencing, imaging, or other data that might require access controls
